Pest control software for companies with a team
Easy Pest Control AI runs your company end to end — customers, routes, service programs, the legal record of every application, termite work, invoicing and payroll. Two apps, one subscription, everything included.
You run the company
The complete software: customers, scheduling, products and compliance, termite contracts, money and your team.
- Everything is here — prices, invoices and payroll live only in this app
- You can work a route too, with the same field flow your technicians use
Your technicians work the field
A focused app for the day's work: their stops, the service, the application record, photos and the report.
- Field work only — each technician sees only their own route
- No prices, ever — no rates, invoice totals or pay amounts anywhere in this app
A look inside the apps
App preview · sample dataToday & routes
Thursday · 3 technicians on route
The owner's day: every technician's route and status, at a glance.
Your route
Marcus R. · 4 stops today · no prices shown
The technician sees only their own stops, in order — with last visit's findings on each one.
Application Record
Garcia Residence · stop 1
The legal record of every application — filled in at the property, not from memory.
Owner app
Everything the office needs, in one app
The Owner app holds the whole business: customers, scheduling, prices, invoices and payroll. Service programs drive the schedule, so every stop knows where it sits in its cycle — and the day can be reshaped in seconds when a customer reschedules or a truck goes down.
Today & routes
Every technician's stops for today, in route order, with live status. Move one stop — or a whole day — to another tech or another day.
Customers & programs
Full customer records: tap-to-call contacts, service programs with their frequencies and visit cycles, cleanouts, devices on site and past reports.
Products & compliance
Your product catalog with EPA registration numbers that flow into every record — plus a compliance export of any period, ready for an audit.
Termite work
Monitoring contracts, a renewals list that shows who is due and in how many days, and WDI inspection work orders built on the NPMA-33 form with dual signatures.
Money & payroll
Quotes that become billable work, a billing run that never bills twice, work orders with pay and charge, and a payroll sheet built from the work actually recorded.
Team
Each technician's own login and license, GPS track for the day, and history that is preserved when someone leaves — records are never deleted.
Built for the legal side of pest controlPest control is a licensed, regulated trade. Every time a product is applied, the law expects a proper record of what was used, where, how much, and by whom. Easy Pest Control AI is built around that: every application leaves a complete, compliant record that the business keeps for years.
Technician app
The field app: just the day's work
A technician signs in and sees only their own route — never other customers, and never prices. The work screen walks each stop in order: findings, checklist, device checks, photos, and the application record.
Your route
Only your stops, in order, each with last visit's findings right on the card. One tap on "On my way" starts the visit.
Doing the work
Findings, the service checklist, a status for every device on site, and photos — at least one photo is required to finish a stop.
The Application Record
What was applied, where and how much — with product, EPA number, weather, and your name and license stamped automatically.
Finish & Skip
Finish locks the record and sends the report to the customer. Can't get in? Skip with a reason, and the office can reschedule.
Dictate & Easy
Dictate your notes and findings out loud, and ask Easy — the built-in assistant — anything about your work, answered from the app's real data.
Work orders too
One-off jobs assigned by the office — or created by you in the field — run with the same flow: findings, record, photos, finish.
Easy never writes a chemical record for youAn application record has to be entered and confirmed by the licensed applicator who did the work. Easy helps with notes, findings and answers — but the chemical record is always yours to enter and confirm.
Compliance
Records that hold up
Once a service is finished, its application record is locked. Nobody — not the technician, not the owner — can edit what was applied, how much, or where. A genuine correction is made as a dated addendum attached to the original, so the history of the record stays visible. And if a product in your catalog is missing its EPA registration number, the app flags it — it will never guess or invent one.
Locked when finished
Finished records are immutable; corrections go in as addendums, never as quiet edits.
Compliance export
Pick a date range and an applicator — or the whole company — and download the complete audit file.
Kept for years
Records stay on file for years, so old periods are there when an inspector asks.
Tutorial
The full tutorial, chapter by chapter
Every part of the system is explained screen by screen, in plain language — and the same Tutorial link lives inside both apps, so help is always one tap away in the field.

Good to know
Common questions
Why can't a record be edited after I finish a service?
Because it's a legal record. Months from now, it may be the proof of what was applied at a property, by a licensed applicator, on a given day. Finished records are locked, and genuine corrections are made as a dated addendum attached to the original — the history stays visible, which is exactly what makes it trustworthy.
Why is weather required for outdoor applications?
Because weather is part of whether an application was done properly. Wind can carry a product off target and rain can wash it away, and product labels set conditions for outdoor use. Recording the weather shows the work was done under suitable conditions.
Why do employees never see prices?
Because prices are the business's private information, and the Technician app is a field tool. A technician needs the route, the findings, the devices and the application record — not what the customer pays or what anyone earns. Keeping money entirely in the Owner app protects the business and keeps the field app simple.
